the suite i got had plenty space, perfect for my small family. its location helped because i could walk to the waterbus stop in just five minutes. breakfast included many choices, something for everyone at the table. the team also helped book a transfer to the airport. they were really polite.
one minor inconvenience, i found no electrical outlets next to the bed for charging devices. it required getting up each time to check progress.

the hotel sits near a canal inside the historic center, it is close to restaurants. access to rialto bridge is only five minutes away, it is a very accessible facility. prosecco was available during breakfast.

my beautiful family room featured venetian-style decor, its elegant furniture transported me to older times. the room included good windows and was well lit and i got top floor room. there was an opening window with a service courtyard below.

The room felt quite outdated, i have to say. the old furniture and dark atmosphere were not my favorite. breakfast was a real letdown too. there was slow service and pastries tasted like they had been sitting out for days. it was difficult finding available sockets in the room. This was frustrating.

The location is fantastic! it's just a few minutes' walk to the main attractions. i loved that the transport was really close too. The water bus station is about 5 minutes away. we had a canal view room. It was amazing to look out the window and watch the gondolas go by!
the refreshment facilities were almost non-existent, we found one coffee sachet and a few tea bags. lots of sugar was provided, but no milk was available, a little disappointing. i think the hotel could improve this.

The hotel served a great buffet breakfast to start each day with multiple options. We especially loved the cakes, hams, cheeses, and fruits. the dining area was spacious. the staff kept the area tidy. the selection was diverse.

my room included a flatscreen tv with satellite channels and a stocked minibar. i used the complimentary high-speed wi-fi throughout the building. the air conditioning worked effectively, and i found two bottles of complimentary water upon arrival. the private bathroom included a hairdryer and free toiletries.
the view from my room overlooked a courtyard, and it was unfortunately quite bland.

the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, so i did not struggle to find what i needed. public transportation is very near too. it made moving around very simple, and i never felt far from anything.

breakfast included several choices, with both hot and cold items. fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and eggs were available. coffee and tea were also included, and the breakfast area felt very inviting. i started my days off right.

The location is central I found it quite convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room walls were thin noise easily traveled between rooms. The hotel looks outdated the decor needs refurbishment. The bathroom door locked itself at one point I found this strange.
